WinPRK Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Eligibility

To open and maintain a WinPRK account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• 1You must be at least 18 years of age. WinPRK does not permit access to any person under the age of 18, and we take this requirement seriously.
• 2You must be a natural person — companies, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts.
• 3You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• 4You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law in a manner that makes your use of WinPRK unlawful.
• 5You must not currently be self-excluded from WinPRK or any other gambling platform you are legally prohibited from using.
• 6You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of WinPRK or its technology or payment partners.

Account Rules

The following rules apply to all WinPRK accounts from the moment of registration:

• 1One account per player. Each player may hold only one active WinPRK account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the reason for creating them. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact WinPRK support immediately to have it closed before any funds are deposited.
• 2Accurate registration information. All details provided during registration — full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account information — must be accurate and belong to you. WinPRK will not process withdrawals to accounts that do not match the registered name.
• 3Account security. You are responsible for keeping your WinPRK login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. WinPRK will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.
• 4Account currency. All WinPRK accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This cannot be changed after registration.
• 5Account closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting WinPRK support. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, provided all wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
• 6Inactive accounts. An account that records no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. WinPRK will attempt to contact you before taking any action. After a further 3-month notice period, a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 100 may be deducted from any remaining balance until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

Deposits & Withdrawals

WinPRK processes all financial transactions in PKR through Pakistan's most widely used payment channels. The following rules apply:

Deposits

• 1The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, though payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• 2Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. WinPRK does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person.
• 3Accepted deposit methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• 4WinPRK does not charge any fee for deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside WinPRK's control.
• 5Deposited funds are credited to your WinPRK balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals

• 6The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals below this amount will be declined until your balance exceeds the threshold.
• 7Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account held in your registered name.
• 8WinPRK does not charge any withdrawal fees. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 5 minutes. IBFT transfers may take 1–4 hours depending on your bank's processing times.
• 9Withdrawals may only be processed from funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements. Bonus balance that has not completed its wagering cycle cannot be withdrawn.
• 10WinPRK reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is applied consistently regardless of player status.

Bonuses & Promotions

WinPRK offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and special event promotions such as PSL season offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• 1All bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times ("wagering requirement") before any withdrawal request will be processed. The wagering requirement is clearly stated in each offer.
• 2Bonus funds and real-money balance are tracked separately. Real-money funds are staked first. Bonus funds are only used once real-money balance reaches zero for that session.
• 3Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to systematically exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to "bonus hunting" across multiple accounts or coordinating with other players — constitutes abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• 4WinPRK reserves the right to decline, modify, or revoke any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, WinPRK will not revoke it without reasonable cause.
• 5Each promotional offer is available once per player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 6Bonuses expire after the period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are removed from your WinPRK balance automatically.
• 7Refer a Friend rewards are credited once the referred player has completed their first qualifying deposit and met the referral programme's minimum activity requirement. Full terms are available on the Refer a Friend page.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and event betting on WinPRK, including PSL Betting and Esports Betting:

• 1A bet is confirmed only when WinPRK's system returns a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed without a confirmation reference are not valid.
• 2Confirmed bets cannot be amended or cancelled after placement unless WinPRK specifically offers a "cash out" or "edit bet" feature for a particular market at that time.
• 3WinPRK reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were clearly published in error due to technical fault or human input error. In such cases, the full stake is returned to your WinPRK balance.
• 4Bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, pre-match bets placed before postponement remain valid unless WinPRK specifies otherwise for that specific event.
• 5PSL matches reduced by DLS are settled on the official match result. Specific DLS-affected markets (e.g. innings runs totals) follow WinPRK's cricket betting rules, available separately on the PSL Betting page.
• 6The minimum single bet stake on WinPRK is Rs 100. The maximum stake on any single selection varies by market and is displayed at the time of bet placement.
• 7WinPRK may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, accumulators, or markets. These limits are communicated within the bet placement interface.
• 8In-play betting odds are updated in real time and reflect current match conditions. WinPRK uses automated feeds to price in-play markets, and brief suspensions of these markets during key events (wickets, goals, etc.) are normal practice.

Game Rules

All casino and skill games available on WinPRK are governed by their own individual game rules, which take precedence over these general Terms in case of any conflict specific to gameplay. These individual rules are accessible within each game. The following general principles apply across all WinPRK games:

• 1Casino games (including Baccarat, Online Casino slots, and live dealer games) use certified random number generators (RNG). WinPRK's RNG is audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• 2In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, WinPRK's system records the game state at the last confirmed server action. Winnings or losses are determined from that saved state. WinPRK is not responsible for losses caused by the player's own internet connectivity.
• 3Teen Patti games on WinPRK match real players from our registered user base. Collusion between players to share hand information is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure.
• 4Ludo Games on WinPRK are played for real PKR stakes. Game outcomes are determined by certified random dice rolls within the WinPRK platform. Deliberate disconnection to avoid a losing position is treated as a forfeit.
• 5Where a game result is disputed, WinPRK's server logs are treated as the authoritative record of what occurred. Players may request a review within 72 hours of the disputed hand or round by contacting WinPRK support.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on WinPRK. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of suspension:

• 1Creating, operating, or accessing more than one WinPRK account.
• 2Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the verification process.
• 3Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with WinPRK's gaming platform.
• 4Exploiting known bugs, errors, or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. Any winnings obtained this way will not be paid out.
• 5Colluding with other players in card games, Ludo, or any other multiplayer game available on WinPRK to manipulate outcomes for mutual benefit.
• 6Using funds in your WinPRK account that originate from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud. WinPRK is required by law to report suspicious financial activity.
• 7Attempting to access another player's WinPRK account without authorisation.
• 8Threatening, harassing, or abusing WinPRK staff or other players through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

WinPRK is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. We provide the following responsible gaming tools on every account:

• 1Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit to your WinPRK account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours after the change request.
• 2Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a set time period. Once the limit is reached, betting and casino play is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• 3Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of WinPRK.
• 4Self-exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in to WinPRK and all marketing communications are suspended. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the stated period ends.
• 5Reality checks: Enable in-session notifications reminding you how long you have been playing and your net session result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 1WinPRK is not liable for any losses arising from delays, service interruptions, or technical failures caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or other infrastructure outside WinPRK's direct control.
• 2WinPRK is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost earnings or profits, arising from use of the platform.
• 3WinPRK's maximum liability to any individual player for any single incident, regardless of cause, is limited to the verified balance held in that player's WinPRK account at the time of the incident.
• 4WinPRK makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all odds, game results, and account information displayed on the platform are accurate. In cases where a technical error has resulted in the display of incorrect information, WinPRK will correct the error and settle affected bets or games according to the correct data. WinPRK is not liable for decisions made by players based on displayed information that was the result of a technical fault.

Changes to These Terms & How to Contact Us

WinPRK may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, platform features, or applicable requirements. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is revised. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the mobile number or contact details on their WinPRK account.

If you continue to use WinPRK after the effective date of any changes, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms. If you disagree with any updated provision, you should stop using WinPRK and contact support to arrange account closure and balance withdrawal.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which WinPRK is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through WinPRK's internal complaints process will be referred to the relevant competent authority or arbitration body.
